LinkedIn selling stock for 100 Million dollars

In a move that many people are still digesting LinkedIn is selling 100 million in stock. The company, which went public in May, doubled their revenue projections but encountered a slight fourth quarter drop that has top analysts concerned. The company is down 8% in after hours trading after making this announcement. Evercore Analyst Ken Sena states "the professional networking company's outlook is too conservative".
